Delivery.
We can deliver goods to destinations within and outside the UK.
All goods must be paid for in full before Dispatch.
Cheques take 5 working days to clear and Bank Transfers take 3 to 4 working days depending on the banks.
We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 2 days in most circumstances.
We will make every effort to deliver goods in good time, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Standard Delivery depends on weight for all UK orders and can range from first class post to 1 to 2 days, Parcel Line depending on the goods.
Next Day Delivery with Parcel Line does not necessary mean that you will receive the goods the day after you place an order.
This is simply the delivery method we will use when we have your goods ready to dispatch via Parcel Line.
Order Processing
Once an order has been sent from this site, it is transmitted to us and a confirmation is transmitted to you to acknowledge that the order has been received and an order number allocated.
Note, all sensitive information is transmitted to us in a secure manner.
UK/International Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based on weight amount and is automatically calculated.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order, if you would rather not wait.
Returns
We operate a returns system (RMA) so please let us know if you wish to return a item as it may have been orderd wrongly.
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please therefore check compatibility or suitability for purpose with the manufacturer or other competent body prior to ordering. Please note that all orders, once placed, are considered firm and any subesequent cancellations which are allowed by us will be subject to a 25% handling fee in respect of loss of profits and goods must be returned to us at the customers expense with in 28 days of purchaes. This does not affect your statutory rights in a consumer transaction.
All sales and products that are shipped are final. In the case of broken merchandise upon shipment, a replacement will be shipped. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
