The Statutory Definitions of the Smoking Health Act Ban

The Statutory Definitions of the Smoking Health Act Ban (a) “smoking” refers to smoking tobacco or anything which contains tobacco, or smoking any other substance, and (b) smoking includes being in possession of lit tobacco or of anything lit which contains tobacco, or being in possession of any other lit substance in a form in which it could be smoked.
The key phrases in the legislation are smoke and lit, because a substance will have to be lit in order for smoking to take place.

DISPOSIABLE CIGAR / CIGARETTE FAQ
Once you have received your electronic cigarette or cigar you may want to try smoking this straight away and below are the instructions to start smoking the electronic device.
First of all remove the electronic cigarette or cigar from the clear plastic tube by taking off the black rubber bung from the top (flat end) of the tube.
Do not throw away the tube as you can use this to store the cigarette or cigar after you have finished smoking.
Remember this is equivalent to 40 cigarettes or cigars so i do not think you will finish this is one smoking session.
OK, now you have your electronic cigar or cigarette out of the packaging you need to remove the filter tip and then remove from the end of the filter tip the the small clear round rubber seal.
This is held on by two small strips of yellow tape.
Once removed please discard this small item as this is now rubbish
Now lastly you must fit the mouth tip into the end of the cigarette or cigar and this is a very tight fit, once fitted you will never need to remove it.
There is no special position, just force the cigarette / cigar tip onto the end.
Thats it all you need to do now is smoke the electronic cigar / Cigarette. There are no switches and once you suck on the device the end will light up to show you its working.
Once you have finished your smoking session then just replace back into the clear plastic tube ready for the next time.
