What are Gift Vouchers
Want to buy something from our online shop for friends/relatives but not quite sure which of our excellent products to choose? No problem - send them an No Tobac Gift Voucher. These vouchers are redeemable as full or part payment for any of our products and will ensure that the gift you give is gratefully received! No Tobac UK Gift Vouchers are available in several denominations (or multiples thereof) and have no time limit or expiry date. There is no additional charge for purchasing gift vouchers. Your vouchers will be dispatched via first class mail, free of charge and come in a special papyrus card in which you can write a personalised message for the recipient.
How do I purchase Gift Vouchers?
Exactly the same as you would purchase any other product from our store. Select the gift voucher you want to purchase and add it to your basket. Keep adding the value of vouchers you require to your basket until you have the desired amount. Then just proceed through the checkout process as normal. Once you have completed your order your gift voucher will be emailed to the email address you supplied. It's fast and easy.
Can I include a message?
Yes of cause, there is a place where you can input your message. Once the order has been completed your message along with the electronic gift voucher will be sent.
Can I purchase Gift Vouchers in Dollars or Euros?
The actual Electronic Gift Vouchers show the value in UK Sterling. Due to daily updates of the exchange rate the amount redeemed may show slightly different in your currency than the purchase price, although it will still be worth exactly the correct amount in UK Sterling. For example, if you purchase a £20.00 gift voucher in U.S. Dollars the cost might be $30.65. However, displaying the amount in UK Sterling will still show the amount as £20.00. The value of the voucher will not change in UK Sterling as that is the base currency used.
How Do I Spend Give Vouchers?
If you have received a electronic gift vouchers from somebody you can use them as full or part payment for any of our products. Select the items you wish to purchase and then proceed to through the checkout process. Once you reach the payment page you will be prompted to enter the code of any gift vouchers you may have. Enter a code and this will credit your account with the amount of the gift voucher. You may repeat this process for as many vouchers as you have.
If the amount in your voucher balance is enough to cover the purchase total then you may continue to the next stage without entering any further payment information. The purchase amount will be deducted from your voucher balance upon completion of the order. If you still have an unused amount in your balance after your order has been completed this will be saved and you can use it for future purchases. Remember, there is no time limit on using your voucher balance.
If the purchase total is more than your voucher balance then you will have to either enter your payment card details or fax/phone your payment card details to No Tobac. The difference between the purchase total and your voucher total will then be charged to your payment card.
Can I exchange my Gift Vouchers for cash?
We are not able to exchange Gift Vouchers for cash. Vouchers may only be used to purchase goods shown on our web site.
What if i lose my Gift Vouchers?
Not a problem, just email me and I will send you the code. It must match the email address and name that the electronic gift voucher was sent too.
